Everyone is welcome to attend the DRI retreat online. We ask that you complete this quick form so we know how many online attendees to expect and we can send you information after the event.
Information to join the meeting online
Please use the link below to connect to the meeting on Zoom. This meeting link will go live on Monday 23 March at 8 am.
We would appreciate you including your name and institution when you join the meeting for participants online and in the room.
Meeting format
Networking
The in-person meeting includes half-hour breaks between each session to allow for networking. To mirror this online we include breakout rooms so online visitors can have a similar experience to in-person ones and be able to network in the breaks if they would like.
Round-table sessions
There are round-table discussion sessions daily. For online attendees, these are facilitated through meeting rooms and whiteboards in Zoom where a member of the team will be with you and discuss the outcome of your conversations online and then share them with the conference audience.
Q&A during panel sessions
There is time in the programme for Q&A at the end of each session. This will be facilitated in the room, but we will be using Slido for online participants, which we have set up as daily events. Slido includes the ability to ask questions and answer polls that we can share with the room. You can use it on your phone or a web browser without creating an account. You can access this by either:
- Going to Slido.com and using the day code shown below
- Clicking on the link button
- Scanning the QR code
Please don't be anonymous when asking your question and add that you are online. Questions can be voted up, so don't forget to do that so things that are important to you are addressed.
