Apart from Leeds, the sites use a common, email-driven system for tracking support requests. For those sites please use an e-mail Subject briefly describing the issue, rather than the generic one previously requested.
For Leeds and York, please use the Subject Bede Support Query
The system is meant to be simple to use, allowing support people to keep track of email exchanges. -You will get an initial automated response with a "ticket" number and you should expect to get a response reasonably soon, barring holidays etc.
For new issues, please send fresh mail rather than replying to previous items, which will probably be added to the old ticket. As usual, please include information that seems relevant, like any error messages. However, when you include text like error messages, please copy-and-paste it, or maybe put it in a (not very large) attachment. There are several problems with using screen dumps of textual input and output (not graphical issues).
In addition to this formal support system there is a Slack workspace for general Bede questions. To request access, please e-mail: enquiries@n8cir.org.uk
