The N8 CIR Digital Health Community Day took place at Nexus, University of Leeds, on the 22nd of June. We heard from 8 major research projects, 7 ECRs, and 2 Keynote Speakers, Luke Hounsome from UKHSA and Isaac Odiase from HDR UK.

Topics included Covid-19, Colorectal Cancer, the intricacies of Health Data, and many different avenues for wearables and smartphones that will change the health field as we know it.
If you missed out on these incredible talks, slides are available here.
Abstract for all speakers are available here.
During breaks, the hall was abuzz with the exchange of ideas, contact information, and even a few business cards. We were delighted to see attendees take advantage of our in-person event to network, and look forward to seeing cross-N8 collaborations, such as Abi and Tim’s project, during the next phase of N8 CIR
