SESSION THREE Keynote address	Supporting diverse people and roles in digital research: learnings from the social sciences Anita Banerji (University of Manchester, Software Sustainability Institute) In this talk, Anita will explore how DRI careers fit into the research landscape, what supports career progression, and the impact of being from an underrepresented group. There will be an opportunity to reflect on your career and identify what would support you going forward. Anita will also give some top tips for doing inclusivity work in academia.
