Although it was suggested that this course would be ideally suited for RSEs who would be supporting Bede, it is open to RSEs at any level from N8 Universities.

Participants will learn more about technical training and there will be a particular focus on supporting people remotely; something that is likely to be a vitally important skill for the future.

Building a community of RSEs across N8, sharing skills, knowledge and expertise, is a key goal of N8 CIR. We would hope that participants in this workshop would continue to work together to develop and share the technical documentation for Bede, and other projects, at their university. This approach will further help to maximise the benefits of the new system.
