Overview

This is the second session exploring and explaining key ethical concepts as they may apply to computational research.

This session will focus on some of the challenges of working with NHS and health data:

  • Ethics of working with health data
  • NHS ethics processes and requirements
  • Security by design

Speaker

The session will be led by David Carpenter, Chair of the HRA South Central-Berkshire NHS Research Ethics Committee. David is also a trainer in research ethics.
