N8 CIR is developing an application to become a Women in HPC 'Chapter', with the aim of helping to create a welcoming and inclusive environment to work in. In this session Kirsty Pringle (University of Leeds) will give a short talk summarising the work done so far, and will host an informal discussion to gather ideas on what actions we can take to address these issues.
