This annual one-day meeting in 2019 brought together materials modelling researchers to discuss the latest developments in theory, algorithms, and applications.

This is a 2-part in-person event held on 5 February 2026 for members of the N8 Research Software Engineering communities to share knowledge and take part in focused workshops.

The first N8 CIR event will be held on the 4th Jan 2019 in Bar Convent in York. Registration and abstract submission is now open.
